The Workforce Developer Commitment to People Award celebrates organisations that demonstrate a strong commitment to the development and well-being of their workforce. At Direct Air, our biggest asset is our people. From our apprentices to our management team, we work as one team with a shared focus on delivering the best for our customers.

Over the past year, Direct Air has continued to invest in its people. We’ve taken on six new apprentices and trainees, supported the progression of existing team members through targeted training into senior roles, and welcomed work experience placements into the business. We also make a point of recognising and celebrating employee milestones, alongside adapting job roles where needed to give people the flexibility to develop while continuing to work effectively and sustainably.

The awards ceremony will take place in March, where the winners will be announced. Regardless of the outcome, Direct Air is proud to be recognised for this important award. Stay tuned for updates as we approach the awards ceremony.
