Direct Air are proud to announce that we have, yet again, achieved certifications for standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
The ISO certifications are an internationally recognised standard and are incredibly important to Direct Air as a company. The ISO auditing is a process we complete annually with Citation ISO Certification, one of the UK’s leading ISO certification bodies, in order to continue renewing all ISO accreditations.
ISO 9001
The ISO 9001:2015 standard is the benchmark for quality within an organisation, which is why we’re so proud that our continued commitment to putting the customer first has resulted in Direct Air gaining the certification for this standard for another consecutive year.
By achieving our ISO 9001 certification, Direct Air & Pipework are able to demonstrate to customers and suppliers that the systems we have in place meet the high standards set out by the International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) including:

ISO 14001
Direct Air have also renewed the ISO 14001:2015 certification, recognising our commitment to identifying, managing and reducing the impact on both the local and wider environment through implementation of a comprehensive environmental management system.
The ISO 14001 environmental management system will continually monitor and improve Direct Air’s environmental performance, from sourcing to supply, in order to ensure best industrial practice and compliance with all relevant legislation.
Maintaining this accreditation is important as reducing waste and energy is primarily beneficial to the environment but will also provide additional benefits to Direct Air in improved efficiencies and reduced operational costs.
ISO 45001
ISO 45001 is the standard for responsible health & safety in the workplace, which has been awarded to Direct Air for our approach on Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) at the company.
This accreditation requires organisations to identify, manage and strictly control health and safety risks in their workplace, and create better and safer working conditions for their employees. Considering this, we are very proud of our renewal and keen to continue successfully completing ISO 45001 audits in the coming years.
This certification complements the ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management) and ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management) standards also held and further demonstrates our commitment to continual improvement.
